2010 Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy Success Equation - How our Kids Learn to BE GREAT
The 2010 Success Equation is a logic model or a road map of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy’s program. The model highlights in a simple picture how the Clubs’ programs will work, which activities and programs are priorities and how desired outcomes are achieved.
The Success Equation assists all partners of the Club to remain Mission focused and outcome driven. Through multiple studies, Boys & Girls Clubs of America have outlined three critical outcomes which the Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy has also embraced in order to best impact Tracy and its youth. They are:
- Increase Academic Success
- Improve Character and Citizenship
- Increase Healthy Lifestyles
These three outcomes will be achieved by motivated and trained staff and volunteers facilitating mandatory proven programs at all five sites. Program participation and evaluation will be tracked monthly through a combination of member software and on-line evaluation tool-kits. This important data will be evaluated and reported on monthly to help improve and increase the impact of the Club. Staff members, board members, community members and Club members will all actively participate in achieving all three outcomes which will lead to living the Club mission every day.
Boys & Girls Clubs of Tracy is where kids learn to BE GREAT, and by careful planning, implementation, tracking, reporting and making modifications along the way, we know we will help all our club members BE GREAT!
