Membership Information
Annual memberships for 2009-2010 are valid through August 31, 2010. Annual membership fees for one child are $35, two children $50 and three or more children $60.
Please download our membership application in either English or Spanish. The completed membership forms must be turned in the Unit Director at your selected club. Below please find the membership form downloads. You may contact your local Club for membership information and enrollment questions.
